When you book a package holiday with a member of The Travel Vault, the booking you have made will be financially protected.

This means that should your tour operator go into insolvency before you have enjoyed your holiday you will be entitled to claim for a refund. If your tour operator becomes insolvent whilst you are abroad then you will either be repatriated or be able to submit a claim for out-of-pocket expenses.

To make sure your holiday is protected with The Travel Vault, please check your confirmation invoice and terms and conditions for details of the financial security in place. If you are booking a flight inclusive package please ensure you obtain an ATOL Certificate.
