When you book a package holiday with a member of The Travel Vault, the booking you have made will be financially protected.

This means that should your tour operator go into insolvency before you have enjoyed your holiday you will be entitled to claim for a refund. If your tour operator becomes insolvent whilst you are abroad then you will either be repatriated or be able to submit a claim for out-of-pocket expenses.

You are covered from the initial deposit through to paying full balance of a booking. Please check your confirmation invoices for details of the financial security in place and if you are booking a flight based arrangement please ensure you obtain an ATOL Certificate.
