PTR compliance

The Travel Vault is a straight-forward and cost effective way to meet your legal obligations under the Package Travel Regulations.


ATOL facility

Our members can obtain a Travel Vault ATOL with their own unique ATOL number and take advantage of reduced CAA fees.


Merchant facilities

Our members have access to credit card merchant facilities, usually without needing to provide additional guarantees or security.

How much does membership cost?

Our Protection Fees are charged based on the actual bookings you take so that you only pay for the protection you use. More about pricing

Is the protection recognised by ABTA?

Yes. Protection through The Travel Vault is accepted by ABTA as providing the equivalent level of protection to a bond. If you wish to apply for ABTA Principal membership, you can do so without needing to provide a bond

How long before I'm protected?

The turnaround from application to decision is typically around 4 weeks for a non-air application and 8-10 weeks for an ATOL.
